What is B&B Neighbors?

B&B Neighbors is our informal feedback panel — a handful of real customers who we occasionally reach out to. Things like: Would you order this new item? Which of these two names sounds better? What would make the ordering process easier?

There are no surveys for the sake of surveys. We only ask when we genuinely want your input, and we keep it short (10 questions or less). In return, every Neighbor who submits a survey gets a free treat — a brownie or a roll of your choice. Just come by for your choice of the day or message ahead so we'll have something set aside for you.

This isn't a loyalty program or email list. It's just a group of people who care about good bread and brownies and helping a home bakery grow.

How It Works

Questions are sent through a simple Google Form — no account needed, just a few clicks. We aim for no more than one email a month, and you're free to opt out any time.
