We take allergy concerns seriously and strive to be as mindful and strict as possible when it comes to caring for our customers' needs. That said, we are a home bakery and cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Some of our products do contain dairy, gluten, soy, hazelnuts, and sesame. Please check the ingredients and allergen information listed on each product before ordering. If you have a specific concern, reach out to us directly — we're always happy to help.
Head over to our Order page, browse our menu, add items to your cart, and submit your order request. We'll follow up by email to confirm your order, arrange your pickup day and time (Tuesday or Friday), and send a payment link. Our address is shared at the time of confirmation.
We're currently pickup only — available on Tuesdays and Fridays in Johnson City, TN. Our pickup address is shared at the time of order confirmation. We're exploring local delivery options for the future, so stay tuned!
We recommend ordering at least 48 hours before your desired pickup day. The earlier the better, especially for larger orders or seasonal items — those can sell out quickly! Order by Sunday night for Tuesday pickup and Wednesday night for Friday pickup.
After we confirm your order, we'll send you a Square payment link by email so you can pay securely by card. We also accept cash at pickup — just let us know in advance so we can expect it. Payment secures your order.
