From a home kitchen in Johnson City to your table — with love.
How It All Started
Launched in 2025, we're a stay-at-home dad neighborhood bakery right here in Johnson City, Tennessee — baking from our home kitchen with love for our community.
We believe good food has always brought people together. Our mission is simple: to share our love of honest, delicious baked goods while honoring God through every moment, every ingredient, and every talent He's entrusted to us.
Our journey into baking started by eating every (delicious) thing that came out of Mom's kitchen. Then while working in local bakeries, we had the privilege of learning from an exceptional mentor — Sam. His guidance shaped our starter and became the foundation for our recipes and processes.
Today, we're proud to offer good, hearty loaves (made with our active sourdough culture and a bit of yeast for that perfect rise), deeply rich chocolate brownies, the softest cinnamon rolls, and more — all crafted with simple ingredients as much as we can — always aiming for lighter, kinder-to-the-belly goodness you can feel good about sharing. We pour real care into every small batch with quality ingredients, so everything comes out fresh, comforting, and full of that homemade heart.
We'd love nothing more than to welcome you in person — stop by for a chat, grab something warm from the oven, and feel right at home. We're currently open for pre-orders on Tuesdays and Fridays, and we're excited to start tabling outside again!
